We understand that venues have a responsibility to protect their property, guests, and reputation. Wedding Darts is designed and operated with venue safety as a priority.
Our setup if required can use soft-tip darts only, eliminating the risk of wall or floor damage associated with traditional steel-tip darts. Each installation includes a secure, freestanding board system with protective surround and clearly marked throwing line to ensure controlled, supervised play at all times.
If steel-tip darts are allowed, we will bring a layer of foam floor protection for around the dartboard(s), as well as our backdrop and dartboard surround.
The experience is fully hosted throughout the booking period. Guests are never left to play unsupervised, and gameplay is structured and managed to maintain a safe, relaxed environment.
We carry full Public Liability Insurance and are happy to provide documentation upon request. All equipment is self-contained and requires minimal footprint, with no drilling, wall fixtures, or permanent attachments required.
From arrival to pack down, we operate respectfully within venue guidelines and coordinate directly with venue staff to ensure smooth integration into the day.
